This little one is the Delilah kit by Nikki Johnston. Delilah was such a joy to bring to life as my first Causation baby I am so happy with the way she turned out with all of her undertones. She truly is a work of art! Her skin tone has three to four layers of mottling to add depth, pinky creases, softly blushed palms and soles, along with crescent moon nails and textured painted hair. Delilah is a full-limbed baby with a cloth body. She will come with her belly plate depicted in the photos above. She is also realistically weighted with fine glass to feel like a preemie-sized baby.
